Rule 39
Conservation Religious Forest Retractable

(1) If the concerned religious organization, group or community that takes charge of the protected religious forest entrusted according to Rule 38 does not act in accordance with the forest management action plan, the council shall request an explanation from such religious organization, group or community within fifteen days.
(2) If the explanation demanded according to sub-rule (1) is not given, or if the explanation given is not satisfactory, or if it appears from the on-site report that it is desirable to withdraw the protected religious forest, the council may withdraw such protected religious forest.
(3) A religious organization, group or community that is dissatisfied with the decision made by the council according to sub-rule (2) may file a complaint with the department within thirty-five days from the date of receiving the notice of such decision.
(4) The department shall give its decision on filing a complaint according to sub-rule (3) and the decision made by the department shall be final.
(5) If a complaint is received according to sub-rule (2), the final decision and protection of the reclaimed forest shall be made by the Forest Protection and Management Council itself unless otherwise provided.
